Ok here is a new one one me. My doctor wrote for me to take 3 pills, 150 mgs. each for the pain from my shingles. I go today to pick them up and my pharmacist informs me that my insurance company won't pay for me to take more than 2 a day.

Ok, obviously, whoever wrote that stupid rule never had shingles or the nerve pain associated with it.
