...and it hurts alot! I hate feeling this way! I had a hard time sleeping last night and it seems tonight will be the same. I'm starting to feel the congestion in my sinuses too. Oh welll...it will pass... I had to whine a little...lol...I need some compassion.

I had the sinus thing yesterday and the day before. Maybe the air was warmer last night here because it was raining. My sore throat was mild. I hope this virus we have here hasn't jumped over the pond.
I hope you sleep well soon. I have had two good nights sleep and I am so releived. Try not to panic. You can releive your sinus by laying sideways on the bed on your tummy and hanging your head over for a little while.

((((HUGS))))) Lucie, it sure is that time of year, so much in the air to stuff us up. Delaney has been home since last Friday, her asthma isn't good. Take care of yourself Lucie, try and get some rest. What are you taking for it?
BR, Hugs to you too and I hope you are feeling better real soon. And good tip for the sinus'!

Lucie,
If I feel really stuffed up, it always helps me to stand in a very warm shower. I let that warm water pour over my face, then lay across the bed with my head down as BR suggested and gravity soon helps me unclog a bit. Hot green tea with a bit of honey also does wonders for me. Hope you are feeling better.....hugs...

Awww, thanks everyone! Thank-you for your advice. I didn't sleep well last night either...my throaght was very still very soar...Pierre got me some sugarfree cough drops and it helped a bit. I slept in until 9h45 this morning. Pierre took care of the boys for school. I went out for an hour outside, took some sun and it I feel a little better. I think it could be already going away. I'm usually not sick very long. I hope this time will be the same. Heather, I hope Delaney feels better soon, also. (((hugs)))
