For the last few months my bones hurt, not in the muscle (I don't think) but actually to my bones, they hurt. I get this way when I rest my arms for too long or I sit still for say 20 minutes or so.... I am so afraid to go to the Doctors for fear that it could be life threatening. Like Leukemia or something like that.

Arthritis can hurt like that--- have you tried moist heat?
Honey, you really do need to see the doctor. . . it's probably nothing serious, but if it is- the sooner you start treating it, the better your outcome.

From what you described about getting out of bed once, it could be your lower back, unless that was Deed. I know chiropractic isn't for everyone, but maybe it would do the trick.

br I had 2 disks removed from my back in April of 2004 so chiropractic work is out of the question none of them will touch me.

One of my neighbours told me that once she hit menopause, at age 49 or 50, she started having aches like you are describing. But you know what you have to do about it......
be brave and see the doctor! ;D

Yep Ellise, it may just be arthritis but please go see your doc and find out for sure. Remember, knowledge is power!
