I have so much to do today and here I still sit at the computer! I even asked Jack to run my errands for me today. LOL Dishes are done and everyone has been medicated and that is all I have done and I've been up since 4:30! If you have any energy to spare, send it my way please!  |

Sorry D, no energy here. I haven't been sleeping well, so it is about all I can do to muster enough energy to drag myself from the bed each morning.

hugs!!! I am feeling good. I got part of a workout tape done today. Exercising helps me. Daniel didn't want to wait till I was finished. Guess a little is better than none lol. Hope you all get some rest tonight and wake up with more energy tomorrow.

No...spare...energy...here...am...winding...downnnnnnn.
We had a nibbles-and-drinks 'do' last night for about 20 people. Last guests left 2am-ish. Stepkids stayed overnight and stayed up til 3-ish. One had to go to work at 7am, and woke the hubby and the other step. *I* slept in til nearly 10am. Still, I was flat-out busy all day yesterday making several platters of nibbles (mostly new recipes) and ... I ... am ... a ... zombie ... today.

Thanks Gals! Well I never got any energy yesterday, matter of fact all I did was snooze and take care of my sick kids! That carpet cleaning the other day was just too much for me I guess. I still am achy all over, sore muscles and the fingers on my right hand really hurt. I can barely make a fist. Arthritis med works for a bit, then right back it comes with a vengance. Hope you all that need some energy yourselves found some and got done what you had to at least.  |

Yep, the party was very good - "lots" of leftovers for nibbles on Sunday - but darn it, the rice balls and stuffed mushrooms went like-that (snaps fingers for emphasis). The stepkids are nice - not really "kids" anymore, though. Greg is 29 or 30 this year (and nearly finished with his PhD in chemistry) and Natalie is 26 (and just returned last year from three years in Boston, so I've just gotten to know her). We all get on well, and they often come down for meals.
