In my battle against ferocious candida, I have been searching for ways to combat it. I came across numerous kefir articles so I ordered some kefir off of ebay and tried my first batch of kefir d uva. I have only been drinking it for 3 days so it is too early to know if it works. Has anyone here tried?
This is the recipe I used.
