www.marukome.co.jp/english/ehealth1.htmlIt is mentioned alot on "You Are What You Eat", that is where I heard of it. It is coming to your TV soon. It took me awhile before I watched it, but it is actually a great show.

Was it the instant miso? I got this time miso paste and bonito flavoured stock powder, dashi I think it is called. I may have posted about it somewhere. Miso paste it like tomato paste and dashi powder is like stock. I used one of each, and the water quantity was on the packet of one of them. It was easy and only took 10 mins for the cubes of turnip to cook. It tasted wholesome and not Japanese to speak of. Very nice. Try: www.issendai.com/lifeskills/Miso%20Soup/miso-soup.shtml

We had shiitake mushrooms, snow peas, turnip, probably scallions and shredded nori or sushi sheets.
