Thanks! Can you get most of this at health food or natural stores?

Legumes, or dried bean type things, in Australia are in the supermarket, but not all of them, I am not sure Cheryl. I got my miso soup online. Maybe someone else here knows the answer.

Hummus is a popular dip and it is made from the following ingredients:
* 2 c chick peas, soaked and cooked or canned, drained and rinsed * 3 cloves garlic, minced * 3 T lemon juice * ¼ c water * 3 T tahini (sesame paste) * ½ to 1 t cumin * ½ t paprika
so therefore tahini is made from sesame seeds so fits the criteria above. You can buy hummus here in the supermarket in the fridge and even in jars, there is a thread about it, about the company that sells it in the States.

Here is a sea vegetable site with an online store and recipes. www.seaveg.com/When I was a teen I liked kelp sprinkles just on our boiled vegies, which is mostly what Australians had for supper with meat and ketchup. I would love some myself.
