Very good article. As I approach those midlife years, I'm finding that my eating needs have changed. I need much more fruit and veggies than I did years ago and much less processed food. Thanks for the article.

At 47 what I'm finding is that my lazy eating habits are showing up on the scales! Also, if I don't walk most days I feel quite horrid.

Agreed to all above. I changed my eating habits but not before I realized I had diabetes. Shame on me. And Miss Violet your right, eating wrong is what packs on most of my pounds too.
