Mon 2/13 WATP Walk & kick (kickboxing) 30 min Tues 2/14 off Wed 2/15 WATP for abs-2 mile 30 min Fri, Feb. 17, WATP 2 mile express (with stretchie band) 30 min Sun, 2/19, WATP 3 mile abs Tues 2/20, (wasn't feeling well) 20 min treadmill (5 min jogging) Wed 2/21 WATP 2 mile express (stretchie band)
