I am an emotional eater, and with all that went on last week with Joey, our dryer breaking down, etc, I was horrible at eating (e.g. chocolate and Thai food!) and didn't exercise either I am shocked that I lost 0.6 lbs. I'm back on track, and as soon as Joey is settled back in again, I will start exercising again.

You go girl.....I am so proud of you and your weight loss. I am right with you. I thought I would gain with all this eating out and trying to manage all this moving stuff, but I lost another pound. I finally broke the 140 mark..Woo hoo..I been stuck there for weeks. I am down to 139 and I am so happy...
