I am doing WW's flex program. I have done WW in the past and had really good results with it. I just started again last week, and coupled with exercise, I have lost 4.2 lbs!! ;D

That is great Michelle. It sounds and looks like a really good program. In Australia they sell great margarine. I haven't tasted their other products.

No WW here. I have to use the ADA Diet, 1400 calories prescribed by my doctor due to the fact that I am diabetic. It works but boy is it slow. To date, I have lost 23 lbs. But can't seem to break that point..Ugh. Back to stricter counting of carbs for me..
Good for you Chelle...

WTG Michelle! I have cut all sugars and limitted my starchy foods since I am now diabetic and I have lost 23 lbs so far since september. I have tried WW many times before and I think it's a great way to lose weight.

I was able to do it for a few months last year (when I did WW's CORE program), but now I'm doing WW's Flex program, which does allow some sugar. 23 lbs is great! ;D

Thanks Michelle! It was hard to do it, but I had to. I was sleeping all the time and I went for blood tests and the results were that my sugar level was always high. Now I have so much energy, compared to before and I'm afraid to eat sugar again. I don't want to become as sick as my dad, who has trouble controling his diabetes. Idealy, for healthy people, I think it's great when you can have a varied and balance diet~everyone loves sweets once in a while.
