I am doing WATP (Walk Away the Pounds). It's my favorite exercise program I'm aiming to do 40 miles 5/1- 3 miles w/stretchie band (45 min) 5/2 - 3 miles w/weighted balls (45 min) 5/3 - off--ran out of time because I was volunteering for a few hours as well as dinner out for my stepmil's bday 5/4 - 3 miles w/ab belt (45 min) 5/5 - 2 miles fat burning (30 min) This is the tape that uses the weighted balls. I didn't use them today because I overdid a bit yesterday, and I don't want to fall off the exercise wagon if I should really hurt my hip. I am now at 11 miles for the week...I was counting on 10 per week to make my 40, so I'm in good shape so far (no pun intended ) 5/6 off (did heavy housework instead) 5/7 - off again, change of plans ****Total week 1: 11 miles**** 5/8 - 2 miles for abs w/ ab belt (30 min) 5/9 - 4 miles (no boosters) (60 min) 5/10 - 2 miles for abs w/ ab belt (30 min) ****Total Week 2: 8 miles **** 5/15 - Walk & Kick (~2 miles--30 min)
