I will be doing WATP for my "formal" exercise. For those who don't know, WATP = Walk Away the Pounds
6/1 WATP 4 mile superchallenge (60 min) 6/2 WATP 3 mile for abs (45 min) 6/3 WATP 2 miles for abs (30 min)

I'm averaging about 4x/week...I'd like to get it up to 5 or 6 but have been either too busy or sick
