I lost another 4 lbs! I am so happy! I have not weighed myself for a while now and didn't think I would have lost more weight.... I still haven't touched sugar since way back and I guess it is making a difference! I also reduced my fat intake and I eat less carbohydrates...like white bread and I limit my pasta intake. Well, it's not easy to never be able to treat myself with a chocolate dessert, like I used to eat and LOVE!.... I'm trying to find ways to treat myself with other things than food....not always obvious, though... Well, I was so happy, I had to share!

Lucie,
You go girl!!! I am so proud of you for not eating sugar and carbs so that you can get that blood sugar down. You know it has been so long since I ate desserts that I don't crave them like I use too. Plus yesterday I was making a special dessert to take to my grandkids and It was white chocolate which use to be my favourite. Well, I got some melted chocolate on my fingers when I was finished dipping and I accidentally, not thinking, licked it off. YUCK. It didn't even taste good and the taste was so bad that I had to go brush my teeth.
Keep up the good work Lucie, your health will thank you!
