Oh I am so excited! I lost another 2 pounds!
I weighed 241 something last week and now I weigh 239.8 lbs! WHoohoo! I am SO happy! I am not even doing a diet. I just stopped sugar and butter! And limited my breads for breakfast to 2 toasts instead of 3 or 4....yes, yes, I ate that much bread...(embarrassed)
I think I'm going to get myself a weightloss ticker...it seems it will be moving downwards... ;D

It's hard to say what you could do to make your weight loss continue Carolyn. I'd need to know what you eat in a few days, typically. Maybe I could see something...
I can tell you that I eat no butter or margerine at all and no sugar, no desserts at all. I do eat cream cheese, sour cream, reasonably and not all the time. But I am only in two weeks, maybe it will also be harder to lose in a few weeks...One thing I learned, though, when you are not losing weight for a long while, don't try to eat even less to lose more. Your body will only react to protect your metabolism and you will not lose weight. Your body will hang on to that weight. So if you're hungry and you have been trying to control your hunger, maybe you could just eat when you are hungry, but eat a fruit, a yogurt or anything healthy. Satisfy your hunger so your body will feel you are not depriving it. Maybe it coudl make your weight move dowwards again...?
