I probably won't post in the journal. But, I will post here and tell you all my progress. I will weigh again on Monday and see what happens. I have a really hard time with writing down what I eat. I forget or don't have time or whatever. But, will not cheat (I hope). Because I know what is good to eat and what isn't. I should be an expert on it as many diets as I have been on. When I followed them they even work, too!! How do I get one of those progress thingys that you have?

Susan, welcome on our weight loss journey! Don't worry about posting in the journal, my posts are few are far between too. I don't write anything down either and am really doing quite badly with it. LOL I haven't even gotten on the scales since we started.

Girls~
I really believe that the key to successful weight loss journey is to document your intake as far as food, and also your water. For me it works to look at what I ate during the day. Sometimes I don't think I eat much and then I look and *ouch*...I have eaten more than I thought. I hate dieting..And like you Susan, I have been on a ton..For me I never had to diet until I was put on steriods and now it is an ongoing process.
Susan, you can go to tickercentral.com and create a ticker to dhow your loss. Once created it will give you an html code and you can type that into your profile and it will upload for you. If you can't get it, let me know and I will make one for you..If you just choose the colour, and other things and let me know what you want it to look like I can put it up for you.
