I finally put on the walking shoes and hit the track at the YMCA this morning. I've ran out of excuses as to why I can't go walking. I actually enjoyed it and felt refreshed after I finished. I only did 1 mile but that's a good start for old lazy bones like me.
Who else is walking for exercise these days?

Today Ryan and I are planning on playing racquetball at the YMCA. Neither of us know how to play but we have 2 racquets and the balls and the court is indoors so I think it will be fun and burn off some energy for her and calories for me. I can't wait.

Bah Humbug. We never could get the racquetball court because several guys were busy playing. Next time I will know to reserve it for us. We did walk another mile though and it was nice to have my dd walk with me.

That's great Pat! Walking is my favorite exercise....I'm thinking of starting walking again, like I used to...I just bought a new pair of running shoes...
