I came across this bread made in Wodonga. It is for people with allergies. After tasting Up bread in wholemeal, I am interesting in chia bread for omega3, because really I think it is terrible, but then again some of our family loved it. I really don't chase omega3, but thought this was interesting. Sometimes I get Up bread as a substitution on a bread order when they are running low. I buy a lot of bread at once.
