about the Sping?
I love watching each day to see what has popped up in the garden. the cool temps and birds singing. Trips to the mountian to "look" around.

There have been days a little while ago where I would find new flowers out. The birds have been singing ALL the time, it is amazing. We get birds from the bush here, my favorite. Yesterday there was a lovely soft breeze. We all had to wear our hats though. Only 10 days of spring left, but it is not really like summer yet, maybe next week.

Oh lynn, isn't that amazing how we are so close in location and you don't really get a "Spring" but we do? I have to tell you when I moved out here from Texas back about 20 years ago, I had NEVER seen all 4 seasons. I said to a friend of mine "wow, I've heard about the 4 seasons but never have I seen or felt them all". ROFLMBO! she laughed so hard she wet herself.

LOL, I can relate to the wetting! LOL You know, I almost dread what little spring we have here.....last March my dh and I were in a tornado....in. his. van. yeah. It was quite an experience. unforgettable. awful.
Huge power poles were popping like they were toothpicks. The power lines were whipping in the wind like giant tentacles. Imagine our horror when one hit the back of our van and STUCK in the back door. Tore off his ladder racks, burnt the side mirrors off. The passenger side of the van was glowing orange. yeah. my side. He had just filled up with gas that morning and was transporting pool chemicals.
I tell you, I just knew our kids were going to be orphans. It was the most terrifying experience of our lives. I will never ever forget the color of the sky when that thing just dropped down from out of nowhere on us. I get naseausated just thinking about it. so.I.will.stop.there.

I got chills when I read this, Oh I am so thankful you two are alright and the kids aren't orphans.
