This message is from JayAnn..I am just posting it for her.

Hi not sure how to post this and where? I am looking for very easy RV camping cooking and tips. I would appreciate any information on this I can get. We are new RV-ers this summer. We are not traveling, but have set our RV on a site for the summer and plan to fix it up with a deck and such. I would love cooking recipes as space is limited and so is the money right now. Thank you very much Jayann

Car if you can ask her what types of foods they eat / enjoy? any limitations? does she want casserole types? will they be needing anything for hiking? finger foods? just give me a little hint at what type of things she is looking for.
I have a Camper's cookbook that has over 16000 recipes in it!

I have a tip, I remember my mom doing this and it works like a charm. If cooking on an outdoor fire, rub the bottom and up the sides of any pot or pan with a liquid dishsoap before placing it over the fire. The sooty black marks will wash off with ease.

Cook outside on the grill. You can make casseroles ahead of time and cook them on the grill. Use a prepared pizza crust and make pizza on the grill. Wrap your corn on the cob, husk and all in foil and cook on the grill, onions are good like this too. Then there's the thing where you put the hamburger patty in the middle of the piece of foil and add potato pieces, carrots, onions, whatever you like, wrap them up tight and cook them on the fire or grill. Brats, hamburgers, chicken, ribs.... I like to boil my chicken and ribs first, then heat them on the grill with some BBQ sauce. You could use a portable propane stove outside or put a microwave in the camper.
I think it's easier to wash dishes outside with (2) 5 gallon buckets. One for the wash water and one for the rinse. Set them on the bench of the picnic table and put the clean ones on a towel on the table top.
Keep a cooler of drinks outside in the shade. There will be less traffic, and less dirt in your camper.
