In Australia we have imported leaf sprinkles, but I am not sure what to use them for. I have a few left. Last Autumn I was trying to find uses for them.

not sure what a leaf sprinkle is br, but if you explain perhaps one of the ladies may know of some uses for them. Here in the states, we call the little tiny confetti like candies that you top ice cream, cake and cookies with, sprinkles.

Yes, br that is what we call sprinkles as well. We use them on ice cream, on top of cookies and cakes. Children seem to love them. My granddaughter always ask for sprinkles on her ice cream. I love the red ones on Valentine heart shaped cookies. I am sure Ellise may know some more uses for them. Enjoy yours

These are all new here, a few years ago I used to look at them in the supermarket, at the time they charge $7 for them.
Usually we have little colored balls and Mum used to put them on top of hot custard that had chopped bananas in it that had to be used up. Other people use them to make fairy bread, or on the top of a birthday cake.
I think Americans have much more skill in cake decoration.

Sounds delicious in hot custard. Never thought to sprinkle my grandchildrens hot cereals in the morning..:-)
This is one American that isn't too skillful in the cake decoration area. I don't like to cook or bake...of course I do because we have to eat..LOL But I would rather be creating else where.

Braidedrug you can use them for just about anything. I use to decorate and sell cakes / cookies when we were in the Military. but haven't in quite some time now. ou can use them for: Cakes Cookies Custards Sweet breads We've even used them in crafts! Spray them with a sealant before you glue them onto anything so the bugs don't haul it away for you We use the candy hearts at Valentine's Day to make cards with too! Again spray them with a sealant before gluing so they stay put!
