When do you have to have them in by? Do you have some to plant? Are you going to order or buy any?
I was given tulips last winter, they were planted late but went really well. At the time you wonder, but spring does come and I have enjoyed them.
Any plans for some extra bulbs this year?

I was planning to plant more tulips and daffs this fall along with some grape hyacinths but I decided to wait. We are tossing around the idea of moving sometime in the next year and I don't want to leave behind more plants.
I love when sring comes and the flowers peek their tiny heads up.
What all do you have planted br.

We collected some older type daffs and a normal one and put those in with the others bulbs, like snowdrops and a group of jonquils from our old home. I am copying my uncle who plants them together. We had a row of grape hyacinths along the front fence. The bluebells have just finished we were given some and some were here under bushes. We have some mystery ones that we were given that haven't flowered yet. Then two kinds of sparaxis. So basically my MIL made sure we weren't short of bulbs, which we were the first year we came. The sparaxis were in the shade and didn't flower. We did have the snowdrops, same story there.
The new sparaxis came from our old home as well. They have bred up well. MIL also gave some calla lilies but they are for summer, and she gave nerines, for autumn. We also collected something like an iris or a watsonia, probably a dutch iris.

I love calla lilies. I have bought some each year and planted them together. When they bloom, all in different colours they are lovely. I like to cut and bring them inside.
