This was my niece's idea that she used for placecards on Thanksgiving. She picked up beautiful colored leaves when they first had fallen and her mom ironed them between 2 layers of wax paper. She then took a permanant marker and wrote each persons name on one and just layed it on top of the beautifully folded napkins she did. Oh and Heather is 12. She saved them all and is going to make a scrapbook page out of them along with the pictures she took of all of us. I rememeber ironing leaves between wax paper, but don't remember doing anything with them. I thought it was a very clever idea and so pretty too.
