Do any of you have porcelain (or any other material) Christmas villages? My dh started my collection back in 1995 when he bought me a quilt shop and 2 churches. He couldn't decide which church I would like, so he got both.

(isn't he sweet?)

Over the years I have added to my collection. My goal someday (when kids are older) is to have a whole city/town set up with lampposts, trees, a train, etc.

By the Grace of God, I go on.

I have one, but I can't remember how many pieces I have.....not as many as I would like to have. Every year I say I am going to hit the stores after Christmas and add to my collection. But I always get there too late! Sounds like I need to re-think my plan.

That was really sweet of your dh to get both of those pieces for you.
