Use large tablecloths from the dollar store to wrap huge gifts
buy fabric at the after Christmas sales to make fabric gift bags, or use just the fabric to wrap the gifts
shop garage sales, thrift stores and auctions for paper, trims, tags (Marty got a huge box of gift tags, gift bags and paper for $1 at an auction last Saturday- every one there wanted the antiquies, so they practically paid him to take home some stuff)
