I'm going to use the topper Car sent and glue ribbon and roses to the tops of old wooden spools of thread for ornaments. For the garland I thought I would stitch buttons to a piece of ribbon. What about a catchy name for the tree? "Sew Yourself a Merry Little Christmas? Any other ideas?

maybe "Sewing up Christmas" ?
Our hospital does a festival of trees too! It just ended yesterday. Our unit did a tree in honor of our coworker Kathy, who died from cancer just before Thanksgiving last year.
