LOL Linda, no not here in the northeast we don't. We usually have anywhere between a couple of inches to feet of snow on the ground!
Our mowing season is from around May to early October at best, the rest of the time it is put away the mower and get out the shovels and snow blowers. ;D

We mow from about April to October, and later if we have an Indian summer.
I hate mowing. I wish we had a grass-free yard.

Oh! lol In winter we have snow mowers here... Actually we don't have one though... But to answer your question, we mow our lawn from april/may to October...I think. It depends how cold it gets in October...
