Anybody have any ideas to share? It is a challenge to me to try and make things out of something that might otherwise be thrown away. I recently made these from "trash" and posted some of them on a Christmas board.
The first is a set of snowman vases made from small glass juice bottles. I painted (looks like a kid job) and used a cut toothpick that I hot glued for a nose, and used wired ribbon for a scarf. there is a fine glitter spray for the finish. I wanted alot of these for around the house.
The 2nd pic is of a glass jar that I will use as a candle holder. Thinking of putting some silver ribbon on though. I cut snowflakes or stars out of oven paper (easier than regular paper) and decoupaged them to the jar. I think a bunch of different sized ones will be nice together.
