"Valli's White Christmas Chef: Valli Little Food Editor with Delicious Magazine You need: 1 cup desiccated coconut 2 cups rice bubbles 1 cup icing sugar 1 cup powdered milk 185g sultanas 185g diced chopped apricots 60g chopped glace cherries 250g copha or vegetable shortening Method: Place all the ingredients in a large bowl except the copha melt the copha in a saucepan or microwave until melted and clean pour into the ingredients in the bowl press into a lamington tray lined with gladwrap refrigerate until firm.
