Those look interesting. I have never heard of them before. The amount of yeast scares me. I am fighting candida right now. Do you think the yeast can be cut back? I don't know much about these things.

You might have a wait until you are feeling better. There are other kolaches that have less yeast, not sure if they as authentic, but I am not a kolache expert. I like you didn't know about them until my friend in MN told me about them.
