What is the one appliance you couldn't do without in your kitchen?

It would be hard to manage without my: crockpot coffee pot....y'all know how much I LOVE coffee.... kitchen aid mixer sorry, Car, I couldn't choose just one!!!!!  one I could do without: a huge bulky electric roaster my mom gave me......  |

that's ok Lynn, I have trouble choosing one too.
I guess for me I couldn't do without my grill
I, like Ellise could get rid of that dern toaster oven in a heart beat and never miss it.

My crock pot - in fact I have 2! I guess my breadmaker would be my second favorite toy.
If I had to get rid of one it would probably be the fry daddy!
