I have no idea what age group this is really for lol. Three Bears Porridge RecipeServes 4-6 Degree of difficulty: Low You need: 2 cups rolled oats. 1 tbspn shredded coconut. 1 tbspn of mixed seeds, sunflower, almonds, ground linseed etc. fresh pears grated roughly or chopped. 2 cups of water and 2 cups of milk. (Sugarless recipe as the pears and bananas have enough naturally. If you are interested in a gluten free substitute then use brown rice instead of rolled oats.) Method: - Mix oats pears coconut nut mix with water and milk all together in a non- stick pot and let sit to soak for at least 15 minutes. - Cook on a low heat for 20 minutes stirring often. - Serve porridge up in bowls with the honey pot milk jug and bananas for DIY.
