I am afraid we managed to muck up this recipe, we are not really skilled in frosting in Australia.

Wilton's Buttercream Frosting
Recipe By : Serving Size : 3 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Frostings
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 3 1/2 ounces shortening 3 1/2 ounces butter 1 5/8 teaspoons vanilla 1 1/3 quarts sifted powdered sugar 3 3/8 tablespoons milk
1. Blend shortining, butter, and vanilla.
2. Add sugar 1/4 l at a time.
3. Add milk until desired consistency is reached.

I bought an angelfood cake pan from Wilton and bought some imported angelfood cake mix from usafoods in Melbourne. It was for Amelia's birthday. I had admired my friends birthday cakes, she is in MN.
