Ooops, sorry, Carolyn! I forgot to let you know how he is. He has no broken bones but has a severe ankle, foot sprain. They had strapped his ankle, foot and leg to mobilize it for a few days. Now it's off but he is walking only with crutches and is putting alot of ice and keeping his foot up. The swelling has decreased but his ankle and foot is still swollen. The dr. told him to really be careful and follow all his instructions, or else, if François tries to return to sports too quickly he may injur himself even more and would need physiotherapy. He may be on crutches for possibbly a month, depending on how he heals. He will not be able to do sports for at least 2 months. So this is the update on françois. Thank-you for asking Carolyn.

Thanks for the update Lucie. I am glad to hear it wasn't broken. I didn't think it to be broke, but it sure looked swollen way up the leg. Tell him to follow Doctor's orders.

I sure will let him know, Carolyn! He is getting better...he can walk without crutches now. His ankle is much less swolen and it is becoming a normal skin color. The blue is going away. He does not put pressure on his foot, though, when he walks.
