I'm cooking meals for my VERY pregnant niece (who also has a 17 month old active little boy)
here's what I have done so far (I need to see what I've accomplished) I'm giving her some, and keeping some here for the freezer.
1 meat loaf 3 meals of fried rice 3 meals of chicken and noodles 4 meals of ham/fetuccini/alfredo 2 pumpkin pies 2 meals of taco shells 2 meals of hamburger stroganoff 2 meals of french dip beef 2 meals of beef roast/potatoes/carrots
Still on my list to do:
snickerdoodles brownies 2 loaves of homemade bread carrot souffle party potatoes pineapple bars
I can see this needs to be a SHORT break.
