Cheryl that is lovely. I have one that was made by my ministers wife for me one year for holiday. She does last names. I had mine professionally framed. I love it . I think I posted a picture of it. Not sure what you call it though, but I am sure you do.

It's a filet sampler. I am thinking of having this one framed with a dark green background so it stands out. I would love to see the pic of yours if you can find the link!

It is going to say Home Sweet Home with hearts around the outside.. It's turning out nicely I think.

Cheryl, I took mine to a professional framer as I wanted to preserve it forever. I chose the dark muted blue as I thought it would go with everything, but had I to choose again, I probably would go with Taupe or Tan or something just darker than the thread.
But I love mine and it has been in everyhome I have had and it will hand in my son's home one day. I had one made for Tamara and Lori for their homes with their married names.
