Tonight we had chicken balls with jasmine rice and plum sauce with red capsicum/red pepper.

DH accidently put kiwi fruit sauce in instead, and later I think put a bit of plum in to mask his mistake. The dkids didn't notice. Kiwi fruit I think is a Chinese gooseberry. Green in color.

The chicken balls had dried apricot in them.

What is for dinner at your house tonight?

I'm taking Brenda (Doug's fiance') to Springfield, wedding dress shoppping - don't even get me started on her parents!

But. . . David's bridal shop is having a special - wedding dresses for $99, so we'll see what they have.

I figure that will take up most of my day. . . have to have Brenda back in Carlinville by 4:30 or so, to go to work at DQ.
