Thanks Dee, well you should see my foot, ankle, and part of my leg. It is multi-coloured. and yes very pretty. I am still hobbling and will ask the doctor about it tomorrow. I have never had an twisted ankle that is so bruised.

What happened..........I've been away from here for a while. Oh.........I hope you feel better soon as I know a sprained ankle is very painful! Shingles too? Oh my gosh........I hear that is a real pain to have. Get better soon...............sending you lots of big smiles and hugs!!

Hi gals, yes you missed it..clumsy me..lol. I fell down the stairs a week ago Monday morning. The steps off the porch. I must of stepped on step number two wrong and twisted my foot and ankle, missed the other 5 steps and landed on the walkway with my leg underneath me twisted at an odd angle with all my weight on it. Sigh. And I have had shingles for a month so with that on top of the diabetes and the lupus, well let's just say I am ready for the funny farm..
