...taken time to do something simple and just revel in the beauty of the moment?
Yesterday I was outside with my doggies, totally enjoying my puppy play in his $10 kiddie pool from Wal-Mart, what enthusiasm he displayed romping in the pool after a plastic ball. That dog knows how to have fun!
I noticed many dandelions that have gone to seed in my yard...and so I picked one and blew it into the wind. I can't tell you the last time I did that. Such a simple act, blowing dandelion seeds into the wind and watching them just floating all over the place...fun!
Then, I went into the house and got a bottle of bubbles, I spent 20 minutes just blowing myself blue in the face as I blew bubbles for the doggies to chase all over the yard. More simple fun!
If you have been really busy, or really down lately...just take a few moments and pick a dandlylion...rub it on your chin...see if you like butter!!
