Pumpkin Spiced and Iced Cookies Here are what mined looked like. I do suggest that if you are going to freeze any, to not put the icing on prior to freezing. Also these are very moist cookies and don't do well in humidity. LOL

Just thought I would add a note for non US residents, that pumpkin pie spice for this is 1/2 tea cinnamon, 1/2 tea nutmeg, 1/2 tea ground cloves and 1/8 tea mace. Thanks to my friends pie recipe!

for this recipe 225g or an ounce less than a 250g block.
Temperature conversion 190oC.

They do look like a great fall cookie, I was thinking that myself when I saw them on the cooling rack. Not that I am an expert of American fall. They are a great cookie and much better than the previous pumpkin cookies I made.
