The only thing I can think of is ribbon roses, maybe even from clearancec Christmas ribbon. There are a bunch of ribbon crafts here: www.offray.com/howto.htmlAny other ideas?

One year I bought white candy canes after Christmas and made them into hearts by cutting the bottom part off and putting two of them together at the hook part...I hot glued them and then put ribbon and small rose buds etc. on them...you can also use the striped ones or pink ones....Only problem was my sister had her's hanging on her wall and one day she noticed ants had eaten the candy part and just the cellephane and flowers were hanging there here's a pick of one I cut to show you

Cute tea cup cards br. I bookmarked. I think I may have all the supplies here to make some. Looks fun. Gotta love those heart shaped sugar cookies as well.

I once took a pair of white cotton boxer shorts and embroidered "Love messages" all over them. He loved them and really did wear them!
