I started making fruit milkshakes in the morning for Daniel, since he hates eating anything tradtional, like toast or pb or eggs for breakfast.... He loves fruits and he never wants milk or any protein, so this is what I do: In a blender, I add: -some yogourt-I'd say a cup--put as much as you feel like it. -a cup of chopped frozen fruits or more...(I buy it mixed in a bag) -some milk -my cousin tells me to add a raw egg, but I prefer not...but maybe you'll like it this way, too. *Blend it all together until smooth. Voila! I know it's nothing new, but I thought I'd share what we've been up to in my kitchen for breakfast! We also do this with icecream in the afternoons as snacks.

Lucie, we do one that is very similar to yours only we add powdered whey or soy protein in ours. You can get it at any General Nutrition store or I think Wal Mart sells it now too. Maybe Daniel would like it with th protein added? If you get vanilla he won't notice it, I think this is why your cousin is telling you to add raw egg (for the protein)
Here's ours: Makes 1 shake
1 C Milk 1 Scoop Protein 1 C yogurt 1 Tbsp honey 2 Tbsp wheat germ Fruit to taste
In blender mix milk & protein until smooth and no lumps remain. Add yogurt, honey, wheat germ and fruit. Blend until smooth & creamy. Pour into chilled glass and garnish with fresh fruit.
My Daniel likes these with HM Bran Muffins
