mushrooms baked in a sherry sauce 16 oz. mixed wild mushrooms 8 cloves garlic, thinly sliced 3 green onion, trimmed and cut diagonally 3 tbs. butter 3 tbs. olive oil 4 tbs. dry Sherry 2 tbs. of finely chopped parsley salt and pepper to taste Preheat oven to 400 degrees 1. Thinly slice smaller mushrooms and dice larger mushrooms. 2. Place the butter and olive oil in a ovenproof dish and heat in oven just until hot. 3. Add the garlic and green onions and cook for 2 minutes. 4. Add the mushrooms and cook 6 minutes. 5. Add dry sherry and bake another 2 minutes. 6.
