Yogurt Sourdough

My Mum is making this from a book. I hope to see the book when I visit next. Mum thinks things through very well, wish I had inherited it lol. She figures this is the best sour dough for her. Her recipe calls for skim milk. I did find this yoghurt sourdough recipe.

I forgot to look in the book, it was such a quick visit. I will have to ask her some more.

Today my husband and ds started making the starter. It is sitting over the heater at the moment.

My Mum gave me the lend of the bread book when we picked up the girls who were staying at her house.

DH read this article and thought it sounded very similar to the instructions in Mum's book.

The flour got stirred in last night. We think we will check on it tomorrow night or Thursday and do the next thing.
