Tonight we had chicken balls with capsicum, a sauce and rice. Linda, what are chicken balls? I need to find a good chicken recipe for the split breast I bought yesterday. I was thrilled to see it on sale for only 78 cents per lb! That's unheard of around here. That's low even for dark meat chicken. |

We had chicken breast fillets last night as souvlaki.
Today we mixed chicken mince, fresh bread crumbs, chinese five spice powder, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, onion, egg to make balls. Plum sauce with sauted bell pepper. Plain or jasmine rice.

Wow that was a great deal Chelle!!!.......I have a casserole in the crockpot....it is zucchini, carrots, onion...mixed with a can of cream of chicken soup, 1/4 cup flour, 1 cup sour cream....8 0z. pkg stuffing mix, mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter...I got it out of the fix it and forget it cookbook...I hope it is good!!!!

That is a great deal, Michelle. I paid $1.29 lb this morning and I thought I was getting a good buy! LOL.
Tyler grilled chicken breasts and sausage for us for dinner. I made layer salad, silver queen corn, and baked beans. We'll have the leftovers for supper.
Dessert is watermelon.

whatever is cool. It is so hot and humid here I can't believe I am working on the dining room so I can how you all pics and dh is painting...Can we say STOP..... Guess dinner will be fruit salad, some pork cooked on the grille and a spinach salad...
