If I can I will check it we discussed this with cupcake before. Here is a recipe I found that uses kabana. Kabana and Mushroom Waffle with Camembert Cheese_A very tasty way to use up some extra waffles Serves 2_ Ingredients * 2 waffles (we used previously frozen Buttermilk waffles) * 1 Kabana sausage * 6 Field Mushrooms * about a 1/4 of a camembert cheese round Method Slice the kabana diagonally about 5mm thick. Slice the field mushrooms about 7mm thick. Fry the kabana and mushrooms in a fry pan (use some butter and salt with the mushrooms only). Turn the kabana every now and then to until both sides are nicely browned. Defrost and toast your waffles. When the kabana and mushrooms are done, place the mushrooms on the waffles, top decoratively with the kabana, then sliced some camembert cheese and lay on top. Grill until the cheese starts to melt (not bubbling, just starting to melt). Eat! degroot.id.au/recipes/2006/03/07/kabana-and-mushroom-waffle-with-camembert-cheese/
