Here is another recipe, because the other one to me has too much butter, but worth a look for the pics. Leena's Scones (Biscuits Sour Cream) Degree of difficulty: Low Preparation time:10 minutes Cooking time: 20 minutes You need: 300 ml sour cream (room temperature) 2 eggs 3 cups sifted self raising flour Method: Beat eggs lightly, stir in the cream and add to self raising flour.
