Last night it was possible our sourdough was ready. Or today. We thought maybe it was too early and we were busy so left it to today. We finished tea early, looked at the sourdough, saw the mould and threw it away! I wish I had looked yesterday.

I guess with sourdough you have to check, I realise that.

It may be that we had glad wrap over the bowl, not sure.

Now I am thinking it was slightly too cold over the heater at night.
