These were first made in 1916 and are currently enjoying a revival. There seem to be a number of different styles in Australia at various stockists, such as Myer, David Jones, Platypus shoes and Wittner. (I called on Friday to find out who stocked them!) The prices range from $50 to $70, but there were some at an outlet for $35.
