Tonight I have this huge bunch of parsnips. I didn't know how many to buy lol. We are trying out a new recipe for soup. I think it has Indian styled spices in it, which we have been using alot lately; so a variation on a theme.

Picked up a honey baked spiral ham. It was on sale and I knew I could get several meals out of it.
So tonight looks like this:
Baked Ham
Pasta Salad for them (I'll have a green salad; lettuce and tomato)
Green Beans
Busy Day Lemon Pie (Tyler's request)
